Our Centre for Excellence upskills 12 000 new growers every year, training, guiding and supporting individuals in the communities we partner with.
We invest in local community schools, with two junior schools educating over 500 students on Irvine’s farm in Zimbabwe.
We have developed and funded two company clinics in Zimbabwe.

Our modern, world-class facilities and global best practice is how we produce affordable, high-quality broiler chicks that can be supplied to our growers.
Our investment into the high capital integration part of chicken farming – including breeders, hatchery and feed mill – makes becoming a grower simple and sustainable.
Our training and development programmes equip our growers with the skills they need to keep on developing their businesses, supplying their communities with quality protein.
Our Growers Shops provide everything a grower needs to succeed at chicken farming. From training centres to hands-on technical advisors, on-site farm and digital solutions, we are there to support and invest in people.
